Well, what a huge build up for nothing! Swell was up for sure today however cant put my finger on what was missing? Drove to Straddie first light and the call was 5-6ft close outs on dry sand and pretty average conditions all round. Headed down to Burleigh and jumped in the water for a few round trips. Feel like i have run a marathon as the sweep just kept pushing me north everytime i jumped in the water. I must admit it feels unreal to be back in the water shooting after a small break.

 I was a little unsure there for a while on what would be next and if i had the drive to go on but here i am kicking on strong. A few of the boys drove down to Byron and appartently scored the pass, hopefuuly they left some energy for tomorrow morning, Guaranteed offshore winds with a swell still big enough to hand out some beatings......cant wait Yeeeeewwwwww!!!!
